Since high school, Andrew has always had a competitive side that has driven him to challenge his athletic abilities. During his time in the military he strove for excellent physical fitness standards, and found himself participating in rigorous training and operations programs. He later directed this athletic capacity into bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman performances. He has spent time coaching track at the high school level, participated in 24-hour trail races, and is always looking forward to the next fitness challenge!

The Titan Games

A contest unlike any other I’ve yet to compete in, the NBC Titan Games! Hosted by none other than Dwayne the Rock Johnson himself!

Even more worthwhile than the show were the 40 other competitors that I spent countless hours, days, and weeks with during the event. Friendships and bonds to last a life time. That is what sport is all about for me. It is not the wins or the losses that drive me, but the connections and shared experiences with other humans who are so devoted and driven to be the best version of themselves!
